The proven functionality and durability of the Krisis 4X race frame in a more relaxed, go anywhere, do anything alloy hardtail. This tuned tough-nut hardtail features our Adjustable Dropout System hence… 24 or 26” Disc wheels, Multi gears, Single Speed or optional Rohloff Speedhub specific compatible dropouts…. in other words…whatever set-up YOU want.

Compared to the Krisis 4X race frame, this ‘big brother’ has a longer top-tube, slackened head angle and longer seat tube(s) giving this frame much more “all day comfort and usability”.

Special features include Identiti flowed-in box stays with an exclusive ‘flow-gusset’ allowing immensely long & strong Dr Jekyll type welded seat stay joint.
The Mr Hyde also features weight saving Double Butted main tubes with a varying plane oval downtube to optimise head and bottom bracket strength and rigidity and looses the Coffin cut head gussets on the basis that this frame isn’t designed to be jumped over a set of doubles !

This frame is no XC super light, but then again, it’s not supposed to be. (There’s not a lot of point in sending in a featherweight boxer to throw punches at a middleweight fight.) Available in Metallic British Racing Green or Gloss Black.
